Now Playing: Maggie's Baptism
Last Saturday, our families joined us for Maggie's baptism. Father Tony, the pastor at the church where I work (and the priest who presided over our wedding), made a special trip to our town to do the ceremony. It was an afternoon well-spent with loved ones, many of whom we had not seen in a long time. It's definitely true that nothing brings people together like a newborn baby.

Now Playing: Fall Planting
Katie took the initiative to plan out the landscaping for the house. A couple of weeks ago, we planted bulbs that we received as a gift from my dad in the backyard. This weekend was all about the front yard. When we removed the giant rhododendron earlier this year, it left a big space in front of the house. Katie and I chose some shrubs, and we spent a few hours on Saturday digging holes and planting. If you can't see the embedded video, click here to see it.

Now Playing: Maggie's First Two Weeks
At long last, I've had a chance to cut through a little bit of the backlog of video footage we have accumulated since Maggie was born. Here's a look at Maggie's first couple weeks with us, during which time she got to meet my side of the family. If you're using a RSS reader and cannot see the embedded video, click here to see it.
